Return Policy:
Powdercoated Items:
There are no Returns or Refunds on Powdercoated items. These are custom items only made when ordered so please make sure you order what you want and that you want the item before you order it.
Non Damaged items:
All items may be returned within 30 days. Items must be in sellable condition with no damage to the product or to the finish or have any missing pieces.
There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned items. Customer will pay all return shipping costs.
Refund or exchange will be granted only after the item has been received, and everything is found to be in satisfactory condition.
Items must have prior authorization before you ship the item. This does not apply to parts that were ordered but the wrong item was received.
Most items on the website are shipped either from the warehouse or from the manufacturer. I can not control this aspect of the business, so if you receive the wrong item, please contact me immediately, so I can get it taken care of for you.
Damaged Items:
I accept returns on damaged items only if the items are damaged from shipment & only if you purchased insurance. Returns will require clearance through me prior to shipment. I require photographic proof of the damage before authorization is given. I will send you a shipment label to ship the item back. Upon receipt of the item I will either issue you a refund or an exchange credit for any other items you are interested in after I have received the settlement from the shipping company. This will be discussed before shipment return of the item.
This does not apply to items shipped from the factory, as I have no control over their shipment methods. Please contact me if you have any problems with an item shipped from the factory or if you have any additional questions.
Sincerely,
Duane Garrett
